CTM CL John Blumsum and ATM-B CLx2 Jim Bendell will be representing TIC Talkers at this year's Area 11 Humorous Speech and Evaluation contest.  The contest will be held October 19th from 6:30 to 8:45 pm in the Helen Creighton Room of the Alderney Library, Dartmouth.
